Manage audiences
This topic describes how to manage audiences on Mini Program Operation Platform.
Overview
Audience refers to a specific group of people who might be potential customers of your products or services, that is, the group of people who would see your marketing campaigns. On Mini Program Operation Platform, you can create a target audience by label and manage audiences when needed.
Before you start
- Log in to Mini Program Platform.
- Navigate to Operation > Audience.
Procedures
To manage audiences, check the following sections for detailed steps:
Create an audience
On the platform, you can create new audiences by label. All users using your mini program are sorted by different labels, such as gender or age. You can select specific users based on labels and group them into one audience.

View audience list
All audiences
To view all audiences for a specific mini program, find the mini program from the drop-down list and click Search.
Specific audiences
- To view a specific audience, enter the audience name and click Search.
- Click on the audience name and view more details about the audience. Click Duplicate to cope the audience.
Copy audiences
- To duplicate an existing audience, click Copy under the Actions tab.
- You're navigated to the Copy Audience by Label page. Edit the settings when needed and click Create.
Disable audiences
You can disable audiences if you do not want to use them in tasks.
- To disable an audience, click Disable under the Actions tab.
- On the pop-up window, click Disable to confirm the action.
Note:
- Once disabled, the audiences are removed from the list and therefore cannot be used for new tasks.
- If an audience is being used in online tasks, stop all online tasks with that audience before disabling.
