Create a campaign

This topic guides you on how to create a campaign in detailed steps.

Before you start

  1. Log in to Mini Program Platform.
  2. Navigate to Operation > Notification Delivery >Campaign.

Procedures

  1. Click Create Campaign.
  2. On the Create Campaign window, specify the following information and click Create:
    • Target Site: The target super app where you want to run marketing campaigns and tasks.
    • Campaign Name: Enter a campaign name, for example, "The smart doorbell marketing campaign in April".
    • (Optional) Description: Add a description to include details about the campaign.

  1. Your campaign is created. You can click Edit to modify the campaign information or click Delete to remove the campaign.

Next steps: Create a task

  1. To create tasks for the campaign, click on the campaign by its name. On the campaign details page, click Create Task.

  1. On the Create Task window, specify the following information for your task and click Create:
    • Target Site: The target site where you want to execute marketing campaigns and tasks.
    • Campaign: The current campaign.
    • Mini Program: Select a mini program under the target site where you want to execute marketing campaigns and tasks.
    • Reach Channel: Select a notification channel, including:
      • Push: Push notifications pop up in the notification tray or the notification inbox on a user's mobile device.
      • SMS: SMS (Short Message Service) notifications are brief text messages sent to your users, such as sending one-time passwords or promotion texts with links.
      • Inbox-eWallet: The Inbox-eWallet channel allows you to display an inbox message within the super app.
      • Inbox-Mini Program: The Inbox-Mini Program channel allows you to display an inbox message within a mini program.
